Communication Channels
By submitting an enquiry, joining as a member, or sharing contact details with Vala's Gym, you agree that we may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, website form response, or other reasonable communication channels.
Service Messages
- Membership enquiries, registration, renewals, fee reminders, receipts, access updates, class timing changes, branch holidays, safety notices, and operational alerts may be sent as service messages.
- Service messages may continue even if you opt out of promotional messages, because they are required for branch operations and membership support.
Promotional Messages
- Promotional messages may include offers, events, renewal campaigns, referral updates, fitness education, and branch announcements.
- You may request to stop promotional messages by notifying gym management in writing or replying through the channel where practical.
- Opt-out processing may take reasonable time across all systems and branch records.
Member Responsibility
Please keep your contact details updated with the branch. Vala's Gym is not responsible for missed notices if the phone number, email, or WhatsApp details provided are incorrect, inactive, or unavailable.
