Guide Me To A Plan

Guided Plan Finder

Answer a few simple questions. We will suggest a package based on experience, aerobics interest, general training needs, and whether HIIT-style personalised group training makes sense for you.

Step 1 of 5
Is this your first time doing gym?

First-timers are not recommended Basic Gym because it is unsupervised. We usually suggest guided plans until form, routine, and confidence are settled.

Are you interested in aerobics batches?

Aerobics includes Bokwa, Tabata, Zumba, dance, and similar group batches. If you are already considering gym, adding aerobics through the Basic Combo is only Rs 2,000 extra for the whole year compared with Basic Gym.

Do you want general training?

General training means floor-trainer guidance, gym orientation, workout consultation, diet consultation, monthly workout plan, and body measurements. Personal training is more focused: a coach tracks you closely, corrects every rep, and adapts sessions to your goal.

Do you want more personalised training?

HIIT batches are small group personalised sessions with up to 3 people. Personal training is one-on-one coaching with closer tracking, form correction, and goal-specific sessions.

How We Ensure Good Service

Vala's keeps service practical and visible. We combine 33+ years of fitness experience with consultation, realistic planning, guided memberships, facility care logs, and a direct route to be heard early if promised services are missed.

Consultation Before Confusion

Guided plans include consultation on how to approach fitness, turn goals into daily tasks, and choose realistic routines for workouts, diet, consistency, and lifestyle. The aim is not a perfect professional-athlete plan. It is a doable plan a normal person can keep returning to.

Facility Care Logs

Housekeeping, equipment maintenance, AC, plumbing, RO/water, and general upkeep are tracked internally so the gym is maintained as an everyday training space, not only on inspection days.

Guided Plan Onboarding

Standard, Full Access, Premium, HIIT, and Personal Training members are brought into a first-month review rhythm so training support, plans, and measurements are not left vague.

Service Fix Review

If a guided-plan service is missed or feels below standard, management and ownership review it and work to correct the issue. The goal is to fix service gaps while the membership is active.

Feedback Channels

Members can use online feedback, paper feedback, complaint forms, or WhatsApp Vala's Team. Personal Training members also get monthly reviews for closer progress tracking.

Why Basic Gym Is Unsupervised

Basic Gym is intentionally lower-cost and self-guided. Most members choose this because they already know how to train. That separation lets a smaller trainer team focus properly on members who chose service-backed plans, instead of pretending every member receives full guidance at once.

What Guidance Means

Guidance means orientation, workout consultation, diet consultation, monthly workout planning, floor support, and measurements according to the chosen package. It is not the same as one-on-one personal training. If something included is not happening, raise it early so the team can review and fix it.

33+ years of practical learning

Fitness Usually Fails Before The Workout Fails

Many people stop not because the gym is impossible, but because the starting plan is unrealistic. A busy month becomes proof that they have no time. A difficult diet becomes proof that discipline is missing. One imperfect month becomes the thought, "gym is not for me."

  • We help members avoid common first-month mistakes: doing too much too soon, copying advanced routines, expecting perfect diet, or depending only on motivation.
  • We explain minimum consistency: you may not train 30 days a month, but there is a realistic threshold almost every person can maintain across a year.
  • We connect goals to tasks: what to do in the gym, what to adjust in food, when to ask for help, and how to restart after a missed week.
  • We remind members that one busy month is not the whole year. Fitness is built by returning, not by being perfect.
