- Membership package, branch, payment and invoice details, attendance/access logs, enquiry records, feedback, complaints, and service requests.
- Fitness goals, training preferences, measurements, consultation notes, and health limitations that members choose to share for guidance.
- Identity proof or biometric access data where required for access control and member verification.
- Basic website usage data such as device/browser information, form submissions, and referral source, where analytics or hosting tools collect it.
How We Use Information
- To respond to enquiries and manage membership registration, billing, renewals, and branch communication.
- To provide access to facilities, verify member identity, maintain safety, and prevent misuse of memberships.
- To offer training guidance, consultations, personal training review, service support, and operational updates.

Biometric And Access Data
Where automated access systems are used, members may consent to biometric access data such as facial or fingerprint recognition. This data is used for physical access control and member verification. Members who do not consent may be asked to provide physical identity proof for cross-identification against membership records. Biometric access data is intended to be removed after membership termination or after one year from membership expiry, subject to manual operational review and applicable law.

- We do not intend to sell member personal information.
- Information may be shared with internal branch teams, ownership, CRM or billing systems, access-control providers, payment/accounting providers, website hosting providers, or professional advisers where needed for gym operations.
