These terms are based on Vala's Gym's current membership terms document and are provided here so members can review expectations before joining. Final text may be updated by management.

Membership and facility rules for Vala's Gym branches in Ahmedabad.
Admission And Membership
- Admission rights are reserved by Vala's Gym management.
- If a member remains absent for any reason, missed time is not reimbursed.
- Membership fees follow a strict no-refund and no-transfer policy, including relocation, injury, or other personal reasons.
- Vala's Gym reserves the right to decide weekly holidays, festival holidays, operating hours, and facility schedules.
Packages And Facility Use
- Gym, cardio, aerobics, personal training, HIIT, and other services are separate packages unless specifically included in the member's plan.
- Gym facilities may be used once per day per member.
- Treadmill use may be limited to 20 minutes per session when required for fair access.
- Equipment and services are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may vary by branch, trainer availability, maintenance, or operational needs.
Unsupervised Gym Usage
- Basic Gym and other self-guided packages are unsupervised unless guidance is separately included or purchased.
- Members using unsupervised gym facilities accept the risks associated with exercise equipment, weights, and training without direct supervision.
- Vala's Gym, its management, staff, directors, and contractors are not responsible for injury or loss arising from unsafe use, ignored medical advice, improper form, or member negligence.
Age, Health And Safety
- Members below 18 years old require parent or guardian permission.
- Members are responsible for following medical advice and disclosing relevant limitations before training.
- Members should stop exercise and seek help if they feel pain, dizziness, breathlessness, or any unusual discomfort.
Conduct And Hygiene
- Only clean indoor gym shoes are allowed. Entry may be denied for dirty shoes.
- Members should bring a towel and wipe machines after use.
- Free weights and equipment must be returned to their designated place after use.
- Physical altercations, violence, threats, harassment, unsafe behaviour, or damage to property are strictly prohibited.
- Members are responsible for the full cost of damage caused by them to gym property.
Belongings, Liability And Termination
- Vala's Gym is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
- Vala's Gym is not responsible for personal relationships or liaisons formed at the gym.
- Management may refuse, suspend, or discontinue membership for policy violations, misconduct, safety concerns, misuse of facilities, unpaid dues, or other reasonable operational reasons.
- If management discontinues a membership, any refund for remaining fees is subject to management discretion.
Communication And Acceptance
- By signing up, members agree that Vala's Gym may contact them by phone, SMS, email, WhatsApp, or other channels for membership updates, operational alerts, service communication, and promotional offers.
- Members may request to opt out of promotional communication in writing, but essential service-related communication may continue.
- A membership receipt is considered acceptance of these terms. If a member disagrees, they should send a written request to valasgym@gmail.com. Not raising an objection may be treated as no objection.
Core Operations And Access
- Vala's Gym may collect and process personal information to manage membership, billing, branch operations, facility access, and important alerts.
- For automated facility access, members may be asked to consent to biometric access data such as facial or fingerprint recognition. This is used for physical access control and is not intended for unrelated third-party sharing.
- A member may decline biometric access. If declined, management may require physical identity proof for cross-identification against membership records.
- Biometric access data is intended to be removed after membership termination or after one year from membership expiry, subject to manual operational review and applicable law.
